The role holder will experience exceptional supported exposure across the marketing mix in a Group of businesses blazing trails in a number of sectors across B2B and B2C.
The Role
Our new Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing collaborative marketing strategies to deliver brand and commercial results for multiple businesses.
This is a high-octane role for someone who loves to work at the sharp end of a business. You must be comfortable with a high level of autonomy and responsibility and capable in multiple marketing-related disciplines.
The role holder will be an excellent communicator; a creative force of nature; and possess strong analytical skills in order to excel across brand and performance marketing.

Essential skills and experience
- A marketing, communications, PR or related degree
- Three+ years in a marketing/digital marketing position with responsibility for a specific plan or strategy (B2B preferrable but not essential)
- Experience producing and deriving insight from performance reports
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to write for different purposes
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite products to an intermediate level
- Microsoft Office literate
- Highly organised
- A UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
Reponsibilities
- Work with the Group Head of Marketing and Digital to build objective-driven marketing strategies for multiple businesses
- Hold responsibility for specific workstreams and plans to deliver the tactics within these marketing strategies
- Constantly measure outputs against objectives to deliver brand and commercial results
- Liaise with marketing agencies according to marketing plans and maximise their value to the Group
- Carry out a wide range of day-to-day marketing activity, including, but not limited to: social media planning, management and posting; copywriting; basic levels of design; brand consistency management; digital content creation (blogs/articles); reporting and analysis; website uploads and basic maintenance; stakeholder management
