Partnerships Manager: The Role

We are looking to recruit a Pricing Manager, reporting directly into our Head of Sales.

This role holder will build/recruit, then manage a team of lead generators who will provide opportunities to you as the pricing manager to present pricing strategies to the customer and close the sale.

You will build strong relationships with your team, making sure they are supported and motivated to work towards sales targets. You will have full control to take responsibility for every opportunity passed to you, building a relationship with the customer and offering the best and most suited solution to them.

You should be able to understand the technicalities of the industry, keeping abreast of market changes and developments.  You should utilise your knowledge to offer the customer the best and most suited solution from Procure Smart’s suite of switching services.

To help the business meet its overall objectives, you will provide direction, focus and strategy to each member of your team, enabling them to flourish in the role and ultimately achieve success both individually and for the team.

Your skills and what we need from you

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the B2B energy market.

Be able to build/recruit your own team of good quality, hard working lead generators to give you the best possible chance of success in the role.

Demonstrate a track record of achieving monthly revenue targets on a consistent basis, either in an end-to-end energy sales role or a closer/pricing specialist role.

Demonstrate the ability to build open and trusted relationships, not only with your customers and supplier partners but also with your team who are tasked with generating leads for you.

Show a sound understanding of the demands of the sector, it’s competitive nature and how tenacity and integrity will always win.

Prioritise and time manage yourself and members of your team.
