Procure Smart

New partnership scheme empowers businesses to earn through referrals

Procure Smart has launched an official partnership scheme, with the purpose of expanding its customer base and rewarding partners for referring business.

The dynamic scheme allows businesses with robust B2B networks and client bases to recommend Procure Smart’s comparison and switching services collaboratively.

Switch your way

The USP of the scheme is that partners can utilise two routes to referrals, minimising sales calls to referred businesses.  For larger, more complex contracts, Procure Smart’s team of switching experts are available to provide strong customer service, account management and commercial support. Meanwhile, for smaller SME consumers, partners can utilise Procure Smart’s proprietary platform, Switch Savvi, to refer businesses to switch and save entirely online with no phone calls, just like they do with their home energy.

How it works

Partners can refer businesses seeking better utility or service contracts. For every successful switch, the referring partner earns a referral fee, aligned with Procure Smart’s own revenue collection.  This means partners are paid promptly and accurately, ensuring that quality referrals always result in timely returns and the scheme is rewarding for partners.

Support for introductions

Partners do not need any sector-specific knowledge to make referrals.

Support is available from Procure Smart on dual branded materials and outreach strategy to reach customers with useful information.

Procure Smart boasts a 4.9-star Trustpilot and 5-star Google Reviews scores, along with a strong NPS score and industry-leading contract live rate, demonstrating the quality of service provided to all customers.

Craig Shields, Managing Director of Procure Smart, said: “For us, earning our customers’ trust is essential in delivering our business plan, so it is important that we can demonstrate the degree to which we have achieved this.  Our reviews and scores in this area should give potential partners comfort that any referrals they make will be suitably looked after.

“All of our partners receive regular reporting on a granular level, per referral, so they know how each contact is progressing and what they are earning.

“The scheme has been running for three months now and both the process and the results for the partners we already have in place have been encouraging.  We now want to grow this channel within the business and welcome more partners onboard to grow our revenue.

“It’s an ideal option for businesses looking to maximise the lifetime value of their customer base and open up new revenue streams with minimal effort.  Switch Savvi also allows businesses to market our service to their customers without feeling as though they are harassing them.  A helpful value-added offer which can bolt on to successful B2B companies and deliver cost savings at an essential time for their customers.

“We have taken great encouragement from the start of this scheme and are also looking for the right person to come into our business to own this growth area and drive its performance.  I would be keen to hear from experienced commercial professionals about what they could bring to the role.

“If any business is interested in knowing more about how they can join our partnership scheme, they should reach out to us for an informal discussion.”
