Smart new jobs created as switching service
expands nationally
Procure Smart is gearing up for a big 2025 by kick-starting a national expansion this week.
Following 12 months of building strong foundations in 2024, the business is targeting revenue growth by increasing its sales headcount.
The expansion has pushed the business’ headcount beyond 50, a 25 per cent increase to start the year.
The first stage of this expansion plan saw Procure Smart Manchester open its doors in Orega’s Arkwright House at Parsonage Gardens on 6th January.
The office begins trading with immediate effect.
Procure Smart has also welcomed a team of remote and hybrid business development professionals this week. They will work between its Sunderland office and their own regions around the UK.

“Business performance last year provided us with the confidence to begin a growth journey. We know the North East market inside out, but have strong B2B partners in the North West, which provided us with the intelligence we needed to plan the expansion into Manchester.
“We already have a portfolio of customers in the region, which can provide a robust base from which to grow that division. We expect that this can then provide a template for more offices and further growth around the country.
“We are equally excited to welcome our Business Development colleagues who will be working remotely in a new model for the business.
