We are an established, fast-growing B2B energy solutions provider, partnering with UK businesses to help them manage and reduce their utility costs. With a strong presence in Sunderland, opening this new office allows us to offer amazing career opportunities to talented sales professionals in the vibrant city of Newcastle. We’d love to hear from proven leaders from within the B2B energy sector keen to drive the growth and success of a high-performing outbound sales team.

This role requires someone who already understands the commercial energy market, the broker model, compliance, and what it takes to build, coach, and retain successful sales professionals in this industry.

At least 1 year managing a team.

What we need from you

We’re searching for an experienced Energy Sales Team Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and a solid understanding of the energy sector. 

To be considered, you must have: 

 Proven experience managing a B2B energy sales team (required — not negotiable) 

 A track record of developing people, improving performance, and retaining talent 

 Strong knowledge of the UK business energy market (pricing, objections, supplier processes, compliance) 

 Experience in outbound telesales/team-based brokerage 

 A leadership style that drives results while maintaining high standards and team engagement 

 Ambition, resilience, and energy to thrive in a fast-growth environment 

If you do not have B2B energy people-management experience, this role is not the right fit.
