We are a fast-growing player in the B2B energy sector, with a clear vision to disrupt the market and build something exceptional. Our Manchester office is still young but growing rapidly, and we’re now looking for a driven Team Manager to take our talented salespeople to the next level.
This is not a role for someone who wants to simply “manage.” We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in outbound sales, loves the buzz of closing deals, and has the skills to recruit, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals.

What we need from you
We’re searching for an experienced Energy Sales Team Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and a solid understanding of the energy sector.
Your key responsibilities:
- Shape the culture of a high-energy, success-driven environment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound sales executives.
- Recruit and grow your team, hiring hungry sales talent that can thrive in the fast-paced B2B energy sector.
- Drive performance through structured training, mentoring, and one-to-one coaching.
- On an adhoc basis, be actively involved in outbound sales yourself – generating opportunities, pitching, and closing deals.
- Take ownership of team performance and play a key role in the growth of the Manchester office.
You MUST bring:
- Proven experience in outbound telephone sales.
- A background in the B2B energy market, ideally with experience at a competitor.
- A strong track record of recruiting, training, and developing salespeople.
- A natural ability to lead from the front – selling and closing while inspiring others to do the same.
- Hunger, resilience, and drive to achieve outstanding results for yourself and your team.
