A senior industry people specialist is joining Procure Smart to lead the business’ expansion plans.
Victoria Walton joins the business in the final week of May to take responsibility for the business’ people functions including HR, training and recruitment.
Victoria brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in people, recruitment, and management across the private sector, including Fintech, B2B, and consultancy environments. Her career includes senior internal and external focused roles overseeing key HR functions such as workforce planning and development, employee relations, talent brand, engagement, and wellbeing.

Victoria will take on ambitious growth targets to fill the square footage expansion secured during the recent office move in Sunderland. She will also be growing headcount in Procure Smart’s Manchester office and scoping further growth opportunities around the country.
