We’re extremely proud of the support our technology provides our colleagues. Our industry-leading CRM, courtesy of UtilityClick, makes processing sales and managing workload super-simple for sales and account managers.
We are developing a UtilityClick customer portal to further enhance our customer proposition and provide automated task tracking, contract and bill wallets and other useful features; a great USP to provide extra value to customers during tough tender processes.
We also have our self-built comparison and switching platform, Switch Savvi. A first-of-its-kind tool, Switch Savvi allows customers to enter a few small details and run a market wide matrix search, browse available deals and complete their switch entirely online in a matter of minutes.
Not only is this a disruptive tool in the marketplace, but our sales colleagues can also refer businesses to Switch Savvi for simpler deal profiles and have the system do the hard comparison yards, then bank the revenue for their own performance figures.
